INTERVAL – may includes hills/stairs /sprints - running based cardio
WEIGHTS/INTERVAL – Total body workout using dumbbells & body weight 
BOXING – Boxing Cardio Circuit

CIRCUIT – Combination of running based cardio and resistance using body weight/dumbbells


All 8.45 sessions are Child friendly.
