First Week is always the toughest!

The first two weeks of training is always tough, you must dig deep and get over any preconceived ideas about getting fit...its hard and its meant to be tough.  Toughen up! the easy peasy gentle training just doesn't get the results that we want. 

We are trying to get fit and lose weight in 8 weeks, the perfect amount of time to focus and make changes.  If you give yourself too long to loose weight and get fit, it won't happen, you'll procrastinate - short hard timeframes are the only motivator. FACT!

This program works, but you have to bring some determination and gumption, I don't expect you to be elite athletes, BUT I do expect alot of effort, so if you think you can cruise through the training sessions you're wrong - because cruising does not work and that's not what I prescribe.

So don't give up, it doesn't get any hard than this.....it just gets easier.  You are going to feel so good at the end of the program.
