Cheer up sleepy Jean!

Isn't it great that the mornings are light and sunny again! Holiday training has gone well so far this week, with so many of you turning up. The autumn weather is lovely and running so much more fun with the morning sun on your face, making you feel so alive! 9.15am training is a circus with all our children running around, it's amazing to see that we seem to be single-handedly keeping the human population growing. The next SHRINK program starts on the 26th April and will be the last until the October program. Maintainance training will continue all year round and I will be stepping it up a gear. Look out on the blog for upcoming interviews and photos of some of our biggest losers & poster girls that remind us that the body you want and the good health you deserve is achievable. If you haven't finished your easter eggs by now it's time to give them away. I made sure I ate mine....yum yum!
