- buy enough 'lard/butter' equivalent to your target weight loss and place it on a plate.
- Let it melt at room temperature until it forms a single buttery blob.
- Place the plate front and centre in your fridge as a constant reminder of your goal.
- Each week, remove your weight loss in butter from the plate.It will be a constant reminder of what you are trying to get rid off. Excess fat offers nothing in the quest for good health - there is NO benefit.
