Training.....long and slow or short and fast!

Like your love life, it is better to have a bit of both, variety is the key to enjoying your exercise. Competing and training with others will mean your much more likely to stick to your exercise plan. Don't waste your time when exercising, make each session count, you'll only cheat yourself!
